A La Carte, as we can call it as 'reservations from card',which its contain a list of menu that available ,which mean you just only get what on the list.Then each of the menu was 'taged' with different prices,Therefore each of the meal is required a time for a serve,so the customers must wait because the chef will cook if when the client is conform with what they will eat.
